PROper Cutter was founded in Guys Mills, Pennsylvania to service an evolving market within the tool & die industry – the reconditioning of industrial cutting tools. This specialized reconditioning service allows for perishable cutting tools to be resharpened numerous times and results in significant value to the customer.

For over five decades, PROper Cutter continues to provide the highest quality reconditioning service in the industry by focusing on operational excellence, value-added solutions, advanced manufacturing techniques and superior customer service. Our newly expanded facility comprises 5,500 sq. ft. of manufacturing, warehouse and office space to serve our growing customer needs.

PROper Cutter is currently operating under its second generation of ownership, and remains equally focused on continuing as the leader in our industry.
